To avoid cargo sweat/container rain, the most economic and cost effective way is try TODPRY container desiccant in your loading container. Using TOPDRY desiccant in the container to wick moisture from the air before it becomes a problem for your cargo. For the best results, desiccant bags should be hung evenly throughout the container.

 

TOPDRY container desiccant usage instructions:

1. Before loading containers, check the overall condition. Make sure it is sound and is not wet. has no holes and the rubber door seals are in good condition.

 

2. Ensure the moisture content of the container floor does not exceed 20%.

 

3. Close all the ventilation holes and seal with adhesive tape

 

4. Remove TOPDRY desiccant from the PE wrapping bag.

 

5. Hang the TOPDRY desiccant bag on the hook of the ceiling and walls of container.

 

6. Loading the container ASAP

 

7. After loading, closed the door immediately.

 

TOPDRY container desiccant are placed into the corrugation of the container side panels in order not to waste cubic space for cargo. It's an effective solution against moisture damage.
